Why Choose Kent Charter Bus
Getting a group around Kent isn’t always simple, especially when you’re juggling carpools through the heavy congestion at the SR-167 and S 212th St interchange. Kent Charter Bus gives you one vehicle, one driver, and one plan—so everyone arrives at the Maleng Regional Justice Center or Kent Station together. Our fleet covers everything from 15-passenger minibuses to 56-seat charter buses, ensuring large corporate groups from the Starbucks Roasting Plant or REI Co-op Distribution Center never have to split up. Call 425-517-8170 and let us handle the driving while you focus on your event.
Kent Group Transportation Services We Offer
Kent Charter Bus offers a wide range of bus rentals to fit groups of any size, from executive sprinter vans for airport transfers at SEA to 56-passenger motorcoaches for large-scale events at the Kent International Festival. Our fleet includes 20-passenger minibuses, 56-passenger charter buses, Mercedes Sprinter vans, and even 40-passenger party buses, ensuring your group can find the right fit for trips to the Hydroplane & Raceboat Museum or sports tournaments at Hogan Park at Russell Road.

Kent Airport Transportation
Getting your group to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) at 17801 International Blvd, SeaTac, WA 98158 from Kent is easier with a private charter bus. SEA served over 52.7 million passengers in 2025, and traffic on I-5 or the SR-518 connector can slow down even small groups during morning rush hours. With a private bus, your group skips the hassle of coordinating multiple rideshares or navigating the 13,000-space airport parking garage. Your driver handles the drop-off at the designated charter bus lane on the Arrivals level near the South Satellite, providing a seamless start to your trip whether you're flying for a conference or a family vacation.

Kent Concert Transportation
Groups heading to accesso ShoWare Center (625 W James St, Kent, WA 98032) or White River Amphitheatre (40601 Auburn Enumclaw Road SE, Auburn, WA 98092) know that concert-day traffic on the East Valley Highway and SR-18 is no joke. On busy event nights, the W James St and 4th Ave N intersection near the arena sees massive volume-and fighting that congestion for a rideshare drop-off is a headache. Your driver will stage your 56-passenger bus in the designated oversized vehicle parking area at the ShoWare Center's South Parking Lot, allowing your group to skip the long walk from remote surface lots.
For large-scale tours at ShoWare Center, which seats up to 7,300 for concerts, we coordinate efficient post-show exits by keeping your bus on standby near the main plaza entrance. Instead of splitting up after a long night, everyone in your group can kick back in a climate-controlled cabin with plush reclining seats while your driver navigates the gridlock on I-5 N toward Seattle or SR-167 S toward Puyallup. It's reliable concert transportation that keeps the energy high for fans heading to see the Seattle Thunderbirds or major touring acts.

Kent Corporate Shuttle Services
For corporate events at the 160,000-square-foot accesso ShoWare Center, a private charter bus is the most efficient way to move employees. The venue features a dedicated drop-off lane at the West Entrance, allowing your driver to unload professional groups right at the main doors. Your driver can then stage in the designated oversized vehicle lot on the south side of the venue near the S 224th Street extension, eliminating the need for staff to navigate the crowded Kent Station parking garage across the tracks.
For large-scale conventions at the Meydenbauer Center (11100 NE 6th St, Bellevue, WA 98004), we coordinate seamless hotel shuttle services connecting attendees from Kent hotels like the Best Western Plus Plaza by the Green. Because the Meydenbauer Center is located just north of the NE 4th Street exit off I-405-one of the busiest interchanges in the Eastside corridor-your driver helps you bypass the worst of the morning commute. We also provide reliable employee shuttles for corporations in the Kent Valley industrial district, ensuring teams at the Boeing Integrated Defense Systems campus arrive on time without battling the daily gridlock on the South 180th Street corridor.

Kent Employee Shuttle Services
Companies use us for recurring employee transportation in Kent because we know how to handle the bottlenecks around the 33.7-square-mile Kent Industrial Valley. If you're moving staff between the Amazon Fulfillment Center BFI4 and the Boeing Auburn Fabrication site, our employee shuttle buses have overhead parcel racks, WiFi, and power outlets so your team can prepare for their shift instead of fighting the backup on SR-167. We also provide late-night and swing-shift shuttles for warehouse teams working at the REI Co-op Distribution Center and the 500,000-square-foot Costco Depot on 64th Ave S, ensuring your people don't have to rely on limited late-night King County Metro Route 150 service.
Local business owners at the Mikron Industries and Oberto Sausage Company plants love that we offer flexible scheduling, transparent charter bus pricing, and vehicles that arrive at exact facility gates. Whether it's a temporary construction shuttle for sites along the Green River or a permanent commuter route from the Kent Sounder Station, we help you improve employee retention by providing a stress-free commute through one of the West Coast's largest industrial hubs.

Kent Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and chaperones love how we simplify school field trip transportation for the Kent School District. The KidsQuest Children's Museum is a favorite for elementary classes, but the I-405 north bottleneck near Factoria can turn a quick drive into an hour-long ordeal. Rather than splitting the group into carpools, a 56-passenger motorcoach keeps students together with a driver who knows the best routes to the museum's bus loading zone. Or, plan a high school outing to the Seattle Art Museum (1300 First Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101), where your driver will drop students right at the 1st Avenue entrance near the Hammering Man sculpture, skipping the walk from the 3rd Avenue garage. With amenities like WiFi for educational apps and onboard restrooms to minimize stops, students stay focused while teachers enjoy the climate-controlled ride.

Kent Government & Military Transportation
Moving a city team or agency group in Kent? Kent Charter Bus gets you right to the door at Kent City Hall at 220 4th Ave S, without the parking scramble. The main entrance is off 4th Avenue South, and oversized vehicles can stage briefly on Smith Street for quick drop-offs near the Maleng Regional Justice Center. During City Council meetings and public hearings, the adjacent surface lots fill up fast—our buses let your entire department arrive together, no circling required. For staff trainings at the 100,000-square-foot Kent Commons or visits to the King County District Court, your group stays focused on the agenda instead of worrying about traffic on W James Street or finding open spaces near the Kent Regional Library.

Kent Long-Distance Bus Rentals
Long trips out of the Kent Valley get easier when you’re not juggling a caravan of cars on I-5 or I-90. Kent Charter Bus offers 28–35 passenger minibuses and 56-passenger charter buses that keep everyone together, comfortable, and on schedule for the 175-mile trip to Portland or the 280-mile drive to Spokane. Whether you’re heading to the Oregon Convention Center or up to Vancouver, BC, your group can relax with onboard WiFi, power outlets, and reclining seats. No more last-minute gas stops at the Ellensburg rest area or caravan headaches—just one continuous ride from your Kent pickup to your destination. Call 425-517-8170 to get a transparent quote for your next regional or cross-state trip.

Kent Private Event Transportation
When you're coordinating a celebration at a venue like the Hidden Meadows in Snohomish or a milestone reunion, the last thing you want is guest confusion over navigation. From birthday parties and family reunions to church retreats at Black Diamond Camps, our private event transportation ensures everyone travels together. Hosting a gala at the accesso ShoWare Center? You can bypass the 2,400 available parking spaces by having your group dropped off right at the main entrance plaza while your driver handles the parking. Planning a corporate picnic at Lake Meridian Park (14800 SE 272nd St, Kent, WA 98042)? We'll get your group there on a 35-passenger shuttle, avoiding the stress of the crowded lot during the Fourth of July Splash. With amenities like reclining seats, WiFi, and a PA system for announcements, even a simple transfer from the Hyatt Regency Bellevue becomes a seamless part of your itinerary.

Kent Religious Group Transportation
Faith-based groups in Kent can rely on 56-passenger charter bus transportation for weekly services, youth group retreats, or annual conferences. For large congregations like the Christian Faith Center (33645 20th Ave S, Federal Way, WA 98003), a shuttle ensures members don't have to walk from distant overflow parking during busy Sunday services. Our drivers are experts at navigating the I-5 and S 320th Street bottlenecks, so your group arrives at the 2,500-seat sanctuary together and on time.
Planning a multi-day youth retreat at Black Diamond Camps (19830 SE 328th Pl, Auburn, WA 98092)? Instead of cramming into personal vehicles for the trip into the Cascades, attendees can relax in a climate-controlled charter bus with reclining seats and TV monitors for fellowship videos. Your driver handles the winding rural roads and heavy construction traffic on SR-18 near Auburn, while your group focuses on the mission. You can request anything from a 15-passenger minibus for a small bible study to a full-size motorcoach for the entire congregation based on your specific needs.

Kent Sporting Event Transportation
Getting a group to the 6,148-seat accesso ShoWare Center at 625 W James St is always a headache on game days. Traffic bottlenecks at the intersection of W James Street and Central Avenue are frequent, and the on-site parking fills up quickly during Seattle Thunderbirds (WHL) hockey games or Tacoma Stars (MASL) soccer matches. A Kent Charter Bus drops your fans right at the main entrance loop, skipping the hunt for scattered parking in the Kent Station district. Everyone arrives together for the opening puck drop, and your driver can stage the bus at the Kent Commons lot for a quick post-game pickup, allowing your group to focus on the score instead of the gridlock.

Kent Wedding Transportation
If you're planning a wedding at the 22-acre Kelley Farm (19401 Sumner-Buckley Hwy, Buckley, WA 98321) or the historic Pickering Barn (1730 10th Ave NW, Issaquah, WA 98027), a Kent charter bus rental keeps every guest on schedule. The drive between hotels in the Kent Station area and these rural venues can stretch to 45 minutes—especially with weekend traffic on WA-410 or SR-167. A private wedding shuttle ensures your family doesn't miss the "I dos" while your friends enjoy a safe, professional ride back to the Best Western Plus Plaza by the Green after the reception.
For destination weddings, we frequently provide airport shuttle rentals for guests flying into Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). Your driver will meet the group at the Arrivals level in the designated Charter Bus Lane near the 5th floor of the parking garage. From there, we handle the I-5 bottleneck near the Southcenter Mall so your guests arrive at their Kent hotel without fighting the SeaTac terminal chaos. You can coordinate a continuous shuttle loop between the airport, the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Kent, and your venue, eliminating the need for expensive rideshares or rental cars for out-of-town guests.

Kent Winery and Brewery Transportation
Groups love the convenience of a 28-passenger minibus for a winery or brewery tour in the Puget Sound, keeping everyone together and safe. The Woodinville Wine Country district (14700 148th Ave NE, Woodinville, WA 98072) is a top destination just 20 miles north, but reaching it means fighting the I-405 bottleneck or weaving through the Hollywood Hill residential area. Your driver will handle the traffic near the NE 145th Street exit while you enjoy the tasting rooms. We also offer local brewery shuttles for groups visiting the Starbucks Roasting Plant area or the Kent Valley craft scene.
Because many Woodinville tasting rooms share tight business parks, your driver will drop your group right at the front of Chateau Ste. Michelle, DeLille Cellars, or Januik Winery and stage in the designated oversized vehicle overflow lots. For local beer lovers, a custom shuttle route through Kent's breweries-like Airways Brewing on W Meeker St or Half Lion Public House on Central Ave S-means you can socialize on your own schedule without a designated driver. With reclining seats, a PA system for your tour guide, and climate control, your transportation becomes a premium part of the Pacific Northwest experience.
